Mod GRF 1-29
CJC-1295 no DAC Β· Modified GRF(1-29) Β· Tetrasubstituted GRF
Short-acting GHRH analogue with ~30-minute half-life that produces sharp, physiological GH pulses. Preferred over CJC-1295 DAC when mimicking natural pulsatility is a priority. Almost always combined with a GHRP.
π SC injectionπ§ Lyophilised: room temperature up to 2 years. Reconstituted: refrigerate (2β8 Β°C), use within 28 days. Protect from light.

Mechanism of Action
Four amino acid substitutions stabilise the peptide against enzymatic degradation (vs native GHRH), extending active half-life to ~30 min without albumin binding. Stimulates GHRH receptors on anterior pituitary somatotrophs, triggering a discrete GH pulse within 15β30 min of injection.
Clinical Applications
- βPhysiological GH pulse optimisation (anti-aging, body composition)
- βPre-sleep GH stimulation for recovery and tissue repair
- βStacking with GHRPs for synergistic GH release
- βAthletes requiring precise dosing control (vs DAC form)
Dosing Protocol
Recommended Dosing
SC injection. 100β200 mcg per dose, 1β3x/day, 15β30 min before meals or bedtime. Most common protocol: 100 mcg Mod GRF + 100β200 mcg Ipamorelin SC before bed. Cycle 12β16 weeks, 8-week break.Safety & Contraindications
Possible Side Effects
- β Transient flushing and tingling (histamine release β especially with GHRPs)
- β Water retention in first 2β3 weeks
- β Mild hypoglycaemia if injected without food proximity
- β Lethargy or somnolence shortly after injection (used therapeutically for sleep)
Contraindications
- βActive malignancy (GH/IGF-1 elevation may promote tumour growth)
- βDiabetic retinopathy
- βAcromegaly or elevated baseline IGF-1 (>300 ng/mL)
- βPregnancy
Combinations & Synergies
π Ipamorelingold-standard combination β clean GH pulse, minimal cortisol/prolactin side effects
π GHRP-2 or GHRP-6stronger GH release but more appetite stimulation and cortisol elevation
π Hexarelinmost potent GHRP combination; use short cycles only
