Mechanism of Action
MGF's unique C-terminal E-domain (distinct from IGF-1 LR3) activates satellite cells via a non-IGF1R pathway, triggering their proliferation and fusion into damaged myofibres. This is the initial, localised repair response. Downstream maturation of newly fused cells then depends on systemic IGF-1.

Dosing Protocol
Recommended Dosing
SC or IM injection (near target muscle). Native MGF: 100β200 mcg immediately post-workout or post-injury, half-life ~minutes β must be used immediately after reconstitution.
